What are the methods of use and maintenance

Safe storage
All tyres shall be stored in a cool, dry and dark room, and shall not be placed near the sun, oil, acid and hydrocarbon, which will corrode the tyres. As a result of pressurization, liquid may enter the carcass layer through the inner air tight layer of the tire, which will cause sudden damage to the tire.
Tyre maintenance
Timely transposition of tires, selection of appropriate tread patterns, daily maintenance, regular inspection of tire pressure, timely repair after damage, and frequent excavation to remove stones and foreign matters in tread patterns are all important factors to extend the life of tires. After being used for a period of time, the tire will be affected by the camber of the road surface, different braking and tire assembly positions, which will cause a large difference in tire tread wear. Therefore, it is necessary to rotate and assemble the tires in a timely manner so that each tire can take turns at each position, and the load borne by each tire can be roughly the same, so as to solve the problem of tire eccentric wear and prolong service life. There are two commonly used methods for tire transposition: "cross transposition" and "cyclic transposition". When the old and new tires are mixed, when the new tires are good, the new tires or better tires are fixed on the front wheels, and the old tires or retreaded tires are fixed on the rear wheels, the left and right shift, internal and external shift and other methods are adopted. When the original rolling direction is changed after transposition, the tires should be adjusted on the opposite side (i.e., the loading position and rolling direction should be adjusted). This is a measure to reduce or even eliminate the tire eccentric wear chamfer and excessive tire shoulder unilateral fatigue, and it is also a way to extend the tire service life and improve the retreading rate.
